Hi is it normal for newborn to sleep alot? Last breastfeed was 3 hours ago. Tried to wake him up but he wants to sleep.

My girl was a very sleepy baby too since she had jaundice which makes babies tired and sleepy. If your baby has jaundice or light weight you can try waking him up, if not sleeping will conserve energy so should be OK for more than 3 hours 😅
