Stomach pains or cramps are common in pregnancy and usually nothing to worry about. Mild stomach pain in early pregnancy (during the first 12 weeks) is usually caused by your womb expanding, the ligaments stretching as your bump grows, hormones constipation or trapped wind.

I had morning sickness during my 1st Trimester and due to constipation, I had crazy stomach pain that I nearly blacked out and faint on the toilet bowl twice. I had to get my husband to bring me a cup of water while I was sitting on the toilet bowl 😅

It could be gastric pain or Pain due to constipation.. I had lower left side pain but once I clear my bowel the pain subside. Better to check with gynea

Best you go see doctor. Vomiting a lot of pregnant women do but stomach pain needs to be checked by doctor
