Constipation problem

Is it normal to be constipated every 3 days? I feel constipated everyday but I couldn't bring out inside the toilet. How can I pass get through normal? Help please.

Pag may tinitake po kayong vitamins. Normal lang po na maging constipated po. More on high fiber po. 🤗❤
