Burp NB

My newborn doesn’t like to burp as he will always cry loudly or lean backwards when we try to burp him and he is on formula. What should I do? ?

You can just carry him vertically and rest his chin on your shoulder (put a cloth there first 😊). Then rub his back. He feels secure and that position helps him burp
