Yes mommy. Required na daw sha ngayon sa lahat ng pregnant women. I got curious kasi sa first pregnancy ko back in 2017 hindi pa sha required so i asked bakit mandatory na ngayon. Due to increase in newborns found with HIV after mom gave birth daw. Around 600+ na daw sa most recent count ang cases na nagpositive for HIV.
