Naalala ko nung buntis pa ko, sa 1st trimester ko, ni recommend ni OB na mg take ng calcium. Calcium Lactate ng RHea ang tinitake ko noon. at inom ng anmum. tapos dpat me ferrous sulfate, folic acid, vitamin C at multivitamins ka rn. For multivitamins, i took Enervon.
First Trimester is one of the sensitive stage for a pregnant woman, dapat may vitamins ka na niyan kasi nagsa start na ang development ni Baby dpat may support siya para maganda ang development niya.

hindi po okay na hindi a magvavitamins pag preggy kase nag iiba na yung katawan mo at si baby kelangan healthy para was sakit kayo pareho at walang komplikasyon pag labas nya
Nagpacheck-up ako 7-8weeks na tyan ko, dun lang ako nagstart uminom ng vitamins. Basta kumakain ka naman ng masustansya. Hintayin mo nalang irereseta sayo ng OB mo.
okay lang naman sis, basta pacheckup ka as soon as possible ung iba po kasi halos 3-4mos bago pa nalalaman na buntis sila.
