NB start to have mild nappy rash at W3. Baby is not in pain. Wanted to air the bottom but mom doesnt want--say wind will enter. Plan to change/check diaper every hour. But now baby still wearing diaper without airing. Is this a case for concern? Should I wait 3 days then visit doctor if still recurring?
