Bcaan Bsp!!!

bwh 4 dikira hypo..sy 2nd bsp reading bacaan 2 jam lps bfast lunch n pre dinner sume bwh 4 dktr ckp hypo..lagi bhaya dr hyper or tggi gula..so now mkn je mnis2 sikit..ni dktr bgtawu ye..sbb i kne rujuk pakar for my hypertension..n dia ulas gdm skali..so lps ni kalau buat bsp lg still bwh 4 u kne straight away minum air mnis..then after 15 mnt take another blood test lai tgok naik ke x..it must be above 4 but not more than 6.7..
