hello po.. I was like that po.. before nag increase pa po ako ng water kapag nag oatmeal po ako. Kasisabi ni OB nag double up size pa ang oats sa tummy that can cause constipation po. Kaya extra water kpag nag oatmeal po. Effective po sa akin ang ripe papaya. Then minsan po prune juice half cup po. and walking sa morning 🥰
Magbasa paMainly talaga nakatulong sa akin dati, Mommy was drinking water 2 to 3L daily. Kain ka sweet potatoes, rich in fiber fruits, oatmeal and like.
My increase & triple water intake, magiging every other day na ang pagdumi mo if dadamihan mo water mo :)
black rice po instead of white rice & more water, 2-3 times ako na dumi every day
