Nagpa check up po ako sa ob kanina then inultrasound ako pero bakit wala daw siyang heartbeat??? 7 weeks pregnant

minsan tlga sis hindi agad nadedetect hb ni baby. ako din before ganyan 6 wks ako nun super kaba ko pero after 2 wks pinabalik ng ob gyne ko and thanks God meron na.
