My son is teething really badly. Teething toys aren't really helping. Are there any teething gels or powder that you would recommend?

Dentinox worked for us, or try an ice lolly or iced breastmilk during the day to relief those aches :)

my boy doesn't use any teethers as well. facing similar issue as you. where can we get those gels?

Have you tried to chill your teethers? Another way is to freeze a wet hanky, to use as a teether.

Cold wet washcloths, for both of my babies. Just in cold water or fridge, not in freezer.
