Teething toys and mitten

My child is 3 months old now. How do you sterilise teething toys? How often do you clean or sterilise them if it is a teething mitten?

I have a UV steriliser, but I think if I didn’t have one, I’d wipe the toys with an antibacterial wipe, and for the mitten, wash in the washing machine under high heat.
