Showing respect to my helpers faith

My new Muslim helper is religious. She goes to the mosque during her off and does her prayers five times a day. I have no concerns but is there anything that we need to take note of in order not to offend her? I would like to show respect to her faith and religion, and let her feel like she’s a part of our family

Usually helpers that are religious will practice their faith in private and try to live according to their beliefs and restrictions without causing any inconvenience to their employers. She said that her maid might not work as efficiently if she doesn't eat during the day. From what I observed, her maid went on her duties as per normal (marketing, picking up the kids). I found what my neighbour said really unfair and kindda ignorant.
