My ex hubby has requested for more days with our daughter. She goes stays over with him one night a week. I am not comfortable with that. Can I say no? What happens if he insists?

If he is a good influence and your daughter enjoys being with him, why not? You can take a break as well. Of course you can say no it's your choice. If he insists then you probably have to let him know that you're not comfortable with it. Last resort is you can use the court order on him but that'll make things ugly.
