Husband neglecting family

I have one son and I am married before. My problem is My husband has so many friends. He likes to spend time with friends rather than spending time with family. some time our special arrangements and plan has to be changed if his friends call for something. I am worried. I talked to him. but he said he values his friends too. What can I do mummies,,,
