If he is a good influence and your daughter enjoys being with him, why not? You can take a break as well. Of course you can say no it's your choice. If he insists then you probably have to let him know that you're not comfortable with it. Last resort is you can use the court order on him but that'll make things ugly.

How old is your daughter? I would feel unsafe too. Continue to teach her about no body secrets, etc. Until she is able to understand more about those or able to tell u about her stay with daddy, u may consider to allow longer stays. I am always on about trusting our mother instincts.
