My cousin's 2-month-old will only stay quiet for a few minutes after she puts her down - then she starts crying. She tries everything to settle her baby down, but she won't stop crying until someone picks her up again. What can she do?

I think that every baby is different and she just has to acknowledge that this baby is just more needy than other babies. There's nothing wrong with the baby and that's how just she is. Babywearing is a good choice as baby feels close to mummy and yet mummy can continue to get things done. I guess baby is just feeling insecure and this will come to pass. They won't remain this needy for long. Press on!
