Hi mumsh! Just sharing to you what I give to my little one at 8months Whole Grain Rolled oats (much better and healthier than instant oatmeal)-grind it into sand like pieces and cook accdg to instructions or what I do, 1 tbsp ground oatmeal= 2oz+ of distilled water Mixed any mashed fruit/boiled veggie. You can add also your pumped breastmilkπŸ‘

If hindi sya ma grind, you can soak the oats to milk or yogurt overnight. Then you can give it straight to your child. You can put chia seeds para mas healthy
