Hi mumsh! Just sharing to you what I give to my little one at 8months Whole Grain Rolled oats (much better and healthier than instant oatmeal)-grind it into sand like pieces and cook accdg to instructions or what I do, 1 tbsp ground oatmeal= 2oz+ of distilled water Mixed any mashed fruit/boiled veggie. You can add also your pumped breastmilkšŸ‘
