Mums, how do you stop your maid from using her handphone incessantly? My cousin's helper is on her mobile even when she's supposed to look after the kids at the playground. This habit is turning into something really dangerous when the helpers are out with the children.

Tell her that if she doesn't keep an eye on the children, then she will have to be sent back. Get your neighbours to keep a lookout as well.
