Helpers losing patience with kids

Hi mummies, what are your thoughts on your helper losing patience with your kids (I have a 2.5 year old toddler) and raising her voice at your kids? My helper will get very irritated when my daughter spills water on the floor, or even when she wets her bed. My helper will raise her voice at my kid and sound very agitated. Thinking of changing helper.

For me, when it comes to the mental and physical safety of my kids, definitely change. Today she can raise her voice at your kids, tmr she can lay her hands on them. I wouldn’t wait till that happens. You’re supposed to be someone I can entrust my kids to when we go out to work and also help us offload some house chores otherwise we hire you for what right… If I have to constantly worry what will happen to my kids when they’re alone with you and still have to pacify you then I might as well do it myself.
