Mums, how do you stop your maid from using her handphone incessantly? My cousin's helper is on her mobile even when she's supposed to look after the kids at the playground. This habit is turning into something really dangerous when the helpers are out with the children.
Set your limit clearly to her that during the time with kids there is strictly no handphone. After few warnings and if she is not listening you might want to consider to change a maid as this behaviour is putting the children's safety at risks.
