Go to doktor the best suggestion sblum sis nk buat apa2 langkah.. and then baru sis decide nak amalkan apa slepas tu. Btw cycle period teratur tak?

My advice is dptkn consultation dgn dktr sakit puan regarding ur issue. They might help u to figure out what is the root of cause. Then only u slowly do the medication.
