How do I label my milk storage bag? When do I write the time? Like when I first express say example at 4pm or after I finish express say 4.30pm?
Also can I mix the milk that I express 3 hrs ago on the same bag? I express every 3 hrs and sometimes I can get 10ml, sometimes 20ml. Can mix together in a bag?
