Super Mum

The box says 6 months onwards. Although baby bites is technically supposed to melt in the mouth, I would be hesitant to give that at 5 months, especially as the first edible thing, for fear of choking. Babies’ gums can be quite strong, and a piece may break off the biscuit and cause choking. There are other teether biscuits that don’t dissolve, that you may want to try instead:)

I tried the Bellamy’s one before for my first child. For my second child, I never used any teething biscuits 😅 I used teether toys and the one filled with water instead (because I could put it in the fridge to make a cold soothing teether). I started baby bites at 6 months, after my LO took puree with no issues:)
