Yes. My stitching wound was painful for a week. I took anti inflammation medicine to reduce the swollen. Consult your gynae if the med is suitable for breastfeeding. Dont sit on it unless necessary, lie down more often bae.. Some people took few weeks for recovery.

I Guess it depends on individual? Or maybe the number of birth? My baby2 was natural birth without epidural. The stitches was just slight sore pain. I was able to walk around and sit normal the next day.

Yes, it is. But they’ll give local anaesthesia before stitching, and after that, different kinds of painkillers. Just keep taking the painkillers, then the pain is actually quite bearable

Yup! It hurts like crazy. In fact, the stitching part was the most painful throughout the entire labour
