Setting for Spectra S1

Hi mummies! For those using spectra S1, can share the setting u use? I'm 2 days postpartum and still trying to figure out how to use the pump. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi mummy, I'm using Spectra S1 too. I start with 5 mins of cycle 70 and then another 5 mins of cycle 38 on each side.
