i think a little bit is alright and my mil insists that it is alright to do so since my LO has turned 1yo. i try not to do it if i cook in fear that LO will get used to flavourful food and not want the "healthier" not as flavourful ones.

No. Never. You can use chicken broth, ikan billis powder etc. They give flavour too

nope, avoid all unless dine out no choice but will still rinse with hot water

Yes a little bit, just in moderation. Used those specially friendly for kids

yes but not too much. mushroom powder or anchovies powder are nice too

nope. if need I'll use a pinch of salt instead
