Food after 1 years old

Hi can I ask what food do u offer to ur baby after turning one? Normally I gave cereal,fruits and porridge. But grandparents asking if could eat outside food or their cooked food. But coz when they cook they add herbs n salt n soya sauce coz they cook for us adults,any suggestion? Thanks 😊

Yup they can eat outside food or home cooked food. Just either cook separately before adding salt/sauce or ask for less salt/sauce. My son likes to eat macaroni, chicken rice, potato related dishes, soups (mushroom, pumpkin, seaweed, etc)
