Any mummies out there with successful natural birth with specific request of no episiotomy as a subsidised patient @ kkh?

Hi! My friend did opt for no episiotomy at all, hers was natural tear. The tearing part is inevitable though but what can help to not tear down there is do a perineal massage and to also not lift your butt when pushing. Well that's what she told me. Hope this helps!
