HDB matters

Hi mummies. My mum is the first owner and I am the second owner. I am gonna remove my name as the second owner as i will be getting my BTO soon. Can i know if there is any admin charges? If yes, how much? Anything else to take note of? The house is fully paid without touching my CPF.

You will need to check with HDB in regards to this matter as you are an owner but not occuppier. If you are an occuppier, it will be easy to remove names. However, if you are an owner too, you will require process to be done. This may take awhile. Would suggest to use their HDB portal to enquire further.
