Single dad buying HDB/BTO

Hi, I am a single dad with custody of my kids. BTO with my ex and have been paying using my CPF.. after divorce, I gave up the flat for my ex as she have care and control. Hence, to better take care of the kids. The deduction also halt Jan 2021. May I know if I could apply for HDB with one of my kids? If yes, any grants available? #advicepls #pleasehelp
