Morning sickness

Hi mummies! My morning sickness usually starts at around 3.30PM and it just gets worse until 11pm. I am usually in office until 6PM. Idk what to do. I am sooooo uncomfortable. Any recommendations on what i can do to feel less nauseous at work?
