First Pregnancy Morning Sickness?

This is my first pregnancy and gg to 6 weeks in a few days. Usually I won’t have any symptoms until it’s night time but it’s always just cramps or tender breasts however today I feel so dizzy and nauseous but I couldn’t vomit and it’s making me so uncomfortable plus my head hurts from being so dizzy. Is this what morning sickness feels like?

I feel the same too!!! Just nibble on food the whole time even when you feel nauseous. I heard it’s never good to keep your tummy empty. Tis shall pass ❤️

yes I have dizziness as well! and vomiting too when it's the wrong trigger food
