bathing during confinement

hello mummies. mind sharing how often you guys bathe during confinement, what are the products used and when did you start bathing? can i use normal soap and shampoo for bathing 1 week into confinement or do i have to use herbal baths for the entire month? tia!

I had very strict confinement daily wipe down using rice wine and water. 1st bath is 2nd week after I gave birth with herbs pack, the herbs are brew in a big pot of water let it cool down to slightly warmer temperatures and shower. 2nd bath 3rd week after delivery. subsequently 3 days later and towards the end confinement last 3 day is daily. all using the herb pack to brew
