Mummies, I'm still breastfeeding my 7months baby. My menses have not come yet. Is it normal?

Every body is different, some mummies have their periods return almost immediately after lochia disappeared - while others have years before it returned! Breastfeeding is one of the factors that can affect it, but not having your period does NOT mean you cannot be pregnant :)

Yes it's normal. Our body recognizes that we are still bf-ing and thus act as "contraceptive" but of coz still not a 100% safe from being pregnant if unprotected. My bb is coming 9 months and mine still not returned too.

Perfectly normal! But that doesnt mean you cant get pregnant again. Chances are lower but not 100% im at 8 months now no period as well.

Normal.. I stop breastfeeding when my baby turned 1 yo. And my menses came right on the month after!

Everyone is different & breastfeeding does delay the menses from coming back after a childbirth
