Infant care or helper?

Hi mummies, I’m not sure which one I should go for. Infant care is $2k++ as my baby is a foreigner and helper not very sure. I have trust issues and I feel hard to let someone taking care of my baby, but I have to work. ?Pls advise me...

I prefer infant care, but you have to check out the centre and make sure the infant care teachers are the hands-on kind, ie. they have teacher assistance that are usually caring aunties. The infant care experience I had was very good, even could take care of my girl with eczema and really emphatize with her itch and scratching
