Yes it’s safe but best to prepare it at home to minimize any chances of bacterial contamination as u will never be sure of the hygiene standard of outside fruit stalls. Just avoid cooling fruits like pineapple or watermelon will do.
As Long moderation. Once in awhile, tasting is ok And not sugary drinks is ok. Heavy Sugary drinks or foods can leads to diabetes
Fruit juice are fine, but due to fear to bacteria (listeria) contamination I usually prepare at home
Yes I did during my first tri, because it helps keep the food down when I have morning sickness.
That’s basically lemon juice. Should be ok but drink in moderation
