I only gained a kilo so far and I'm 29 weeks pregnant. Same for my other pregnancies. I do have lots of cravings but I never eat for 2. And I'm also not a sweet tooth person since pre pregnancy so I guess that plays a part too. When you're pregnant your baby pushes up all your organs and normally you can't eat alot since you'll feel full quick. This is for me at least. Not sure for others. Also never eat for 2. This is when you gained all the unnecessary weight. It has also been debunked. Just eat as per normal. You'll feel more hungry as baby grows bigger and that's when you need to eat small but frequent meals. And be careful on the sweet stuff. You don't want to end up with gestational diabetes which can be risky for your baby.
I only gained 8kg for both preg. all the weight went to bb. eat only protein such as meat, tofu and egg plus veg. cut on rice, bread, noodle m sugar...
