Extreme Fatique In A First Trimester!

Hello mummies! I am new here and I just recently found out that I'm pregnant with a 7 weeks old baby. I am extremely dizzy everyday including short of breathe and breast pain (the breast pain is no joke...). Please share your body changes during your pregnancy here!

As for me, I'm lucky to not have any symptoms. Sometimes I even forget that I'm pregnant lol. But then again, you're just in your first trimester so it's normal to feel this way. It will get better with time. Most importantly, every pregnancy is different dear.

I do feel super fatigue too! no matter how much I sleep I still feel sleepy all the time. The other issue that I faced was my body temperature is higher than when i am not pregnant. Always feeling very warm all the time even in aircon room when everyone is feeling cold.

Yes to extreme fatigue. I would sleep at 10pm every night and wake up only 9am next morning. Then at 2pm take nap until 5pm. And then the cycle keeps repeating. Weekends I can sleep the whole day. 😅 but that changed around week 16 for me. I got my energy back.

I am an athlete, and I couldn't do anything after I got pregnant. I cannot even run anymore because I get SOOOO breathless after five minutes. I used to always sleep after midnight, but I was so tired in my first trimester that I am often asleep by 9pm.

omg. same here. before knowing that I am pregnant, I exercise daily.. running long distance, doing hiit and hot yoga. but once I test positive, i didnt do all that now.. only swimming, brisk walking, and occasionally yoga.. just feeling a little restrained and not my usual self.. I sleep a lot more now too..

normally I eat too much. pero now, pag mejo marami feeling ko isusuka ko. also, i fell nauseous everytime i woke uo from a nap or good long sleep. too tired as well. 🥺 eating small bites and avoid coughing it makes me want to take out all ive eaten earlier..

parang laging pagod nahihilo at nanlalambot .. parang bumalik ako sa una kong pag bubuntis.. my eldest is 21 years old my youngest is 12 years old .. i have 1 miscarriage..last july 2019 .. then ..now god gave me a blessing again..another baby is comming..

Other than everything mentioned in most of the comments, I think I experienced a little dehydration. My lips are chapped and kept peeling even though I drank considerable amount of water. I also have constipation issues which I never had!

Hi I'm 7 weeks pregnant too. So far, didn't experiencing morning sickness and food cravings. Ayoko lang sadya minsan makita asawa ko. 😅 funny and weird. But what I am more concerned is that lagi po nasakit balakang ko hanggang bewang. 😔

Same wala dn akong morning sickness I was thinking, am I different... hehehe wala dn ako masyadong food cravings nahhirapan lang ako matulog ng normal position medyo paupo ako lagi with many pillows kasi nahhirapan ako bumangon

Same feelings mommy. First time mom ako and at first trimester din. Sakit ng nipples and breast. Puson at balakang. And know what. Tamad na tamad din akong bumangon haha which is kelangan kasi may work para kay baby 👧 😄😊

Dizzy, nausea, always hungry in my first trimester. No appetite, puking, bloated in my second trimester (due to baby’s breeching position) All gets better but stomach getting heavier and walking more like a duck due to pelvis pain in my third trimester.
