when I was pregnant, I had to stress a lot and it is very important to carefully select my environment, because the mental health of the family and the child depends on it ! It will somehow affect the baby cos they r both connected.. with my first kid i was v hormonal, emotional wreck n short tempered.. oh wow he was not an easy baby! My second n third baby i was generally in high spirits and they turn out to be v easy going smiley babies lol. Anyway, seek help n comfort frm your family members or friends to help u through the journey ya..it’s definitely not easy being pregnant! 💪🏼

There's no scientific proof that links a mother's stress to baby's development, however of course generally if mother is well then baby will be well. If your stress affects your health and your eating, it might not be a good thing. But you don't need to worry about how your stress affects the baby since it will be double stress 😅. Just take good care of yourself and be mindful. Hope you will feel better soon!
