For a start i will give one solid a day. mainly in the afternoon. When baby isn't sleepy or too hungry. Eg his milk was arnd 11am. i will give his porridge arnd 12.30 before his next milk

In the beginning I fed him lunch only. I noticed that his appetite was good, and he took well to food, subsequently I increased to dinner. periodically increased the portion.

8am cereal. 11am porridge. (U can give porridge at 2pm instead if u prefer).

morning cereal. lunch will be porridge. e rest in between will be milk
