Hey Mama. It’s your pelvis hurting and it’s quite common. I had it throughout my third trimester. 😓 there isn’t much that you can do but to rest as much as you can and find new ways to do some things that cause pain. Eg.. sit down to put on pants instead of balancing on one feet. Please bring this up to your gynae at your next appointment!

oh no next appointment is a long way to go. 😭
