MC Request to Gynae

Hi mummies! I have been feeling very tired lately and currently on my 11th week. I work 10 hrs a day and sometimes I feel that my lower abdomen is heavy. Will have a doctor appointment soon and I was thinking of asking my doctor to issue a few days MC for me to rest and also a lot of COVID cases at work. Will that be possible?
