Mentally physically tired

Hi mummies, I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant. Feeling super exhausted and I’ve used up all my mc throughout this pregnancy. Will the gynae issue a HL if I were to tell him/her that I’m super exhausted as my work requires me to stand all day and carry heavy stuffs? :( I feel like my body can break anytime :/ especially with this swollen legs
