if you are really hungry between meals, have some apples, guava or dragonfruit for snacks. these are fruits that are not too sweet. or u can go for nuts too. you can also buy Meadows brand biscuits found in cold storage that comes in a variety of flavours i.e. low in sodium, flaxseed, seaweed etc that are low in calories
hello! I cut down on carbs completely. I ate mostly all the meat, vegetables and just a little bit of rice or noodle at times. Take food that will make you feel fuller so u won’t snack so much on unnecessary stuff.
Eat wisely. E.g, choose brown rice or whole meal bread. Stop finishing all the soup noodle’s soup. Stop soft drinks and bubble teas. Stop snacking after 8pm. You’re doing all these for the baby too :)
I took nuts instead of potato chips. Yogurt, avocado, oatmilk hehe enjoy it!
