Recommended Food for Weight Gain
Hi! I'm in my first pregnancy and am relatively petite (BMI ~17.7 pre pregnancy). Fetal weight at 25 weeks was 770g which gynae said is normal but when I look at other mummies responses here, it sounds like my baby is a bit on smaller side. 😅 I still eat normal 2-3 meals each day, not much increased appetite. Was wondering if any mummies have tips on foods that can help with increasing fetal weight healthily? Thank you 🤍
