Fridge -> Freezer
Hello mummies, May I ask if I can keep my breast milk from fridge to freezer? If yes how Long can it be kept for? 3-4 months or 6 months from the date I keep it in fridge? Thank you!!!!
Would recommend fo freeze milk immediately in freezer if possible, because the temperature in the fridge can fluctuate quite a bit, depending on how many things are inside, and where you place your milk, as well as how often the fridge is opened. Frozen milk is recommended to be kept for at most 3 months. Also keep away from raw food.

By freezing it, it loses antibodies. So if possible, use it up first if possible.
