Expressed breast milk

Hello mummies, can I ask you: 1. Expressed breast milk, stored in the fridge, and already warmed but baby not yet drank, how long I can keep it outside? Or can I put back in the fridge and re-warm again later? 2. Expressed breast milk, warmed and baby already drink, how long the left over can be kept? Or need to throw away right after feed? Thank you

1. I try to keep for at most 2 hours. And no, don’t put it back in the fridge. A lot of bacterial growth will take place 2. I try to keep for 1 hour Before letting baby drink, I also do a smell test to make sure the milk’s not sour
