Mixing fresh breastmilk with fridge breastmilk ?

Hello mummies, am I allowed to mix my fresh milk with the one I took out from fridge (which already has been warmed up) Thanks

Not advisable to mix ebm with different temperatures. You can chill the freshly expressed ones for 2-3 hours before mixing it with an earlier chilled batch though.

Yes. I do that sometimes. But I will put fm and bm together in warmer before mixing them

What about I feed her the warmed up one from fridge first then the fresh one later?

Feed her the warmed milk first followed by the newly expressed milk.

No. I won’t. The warmed bm need to be consume within 2hrs.
